Working Principle Of Pipe Bender

Working principle and general structure of pipe bender

The pipe bender is generally composed of electric oil pump, high pressure oil pipe, quick coupling working cylinder, plunger, pipe bending parts [including upper flower plate, lower flower plate, die head and roller shaft. The high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump is sent into the working oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe. The high-pressure oil pushes the plunger in the working oil cylinder to generate thrust, and the pipe is bent through the elbow part.

The purpose of the pipe bender

The pipe bender is suitable for installation and repair of pipelines in factories, warehouses, docks, construction, railways, automobiles, etc. In addition to the pipe bending function, it can also be used as a separate hydraulic jacking machine by removing the pipe bending components (cylinders).
